Rates for Shared-Use Kitchen Space
Month-to-month kitchen rental
This is where you are running a food business out of the kitchen on a semi-permanent basis and need a guaranteed spot, complete with dry and cold storage to operate from.
Rates range from $1,000 a month for a part-time operation to $3,000 a full-time operation. Rates depend on a few factors, such as:
- Time of day needed - morning and daytime are more used and thus more expensive
- Hours per month needed
- Storage space required, both dry and cold
- Equipment that you need to use
- Work space required
- Number of staff your company will have working in the kitchen
- Type of operation e.g. catering, delivery service, baker, sauce or jam maker, etc...

Right now we are not renting out on an hourly basis. We are only renting on a month-to-month basis.
